30 day satisfaction guarantee - If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it and we will refund the purchase price or offer an exchange.
- Items need to be returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date, in original condition with tags still attached. We reserve the right to not provide a refund on items that show signs of having been worn (eg stains, perfume smells etc).
- Before returning an item, please email email@example.com to let us know you will be sending it back.
- Once items have been received, in original condition, we will refund the purchase price.
- We regret that we can not refund postage costs, except in the case of an item being faulty.
- In the event that free shipping had been applied to the original purchase, we reserve the right to subrtact the value of of our flat shipping rate (i.e. $7.95) from the refund price. This is also the case where free shipping has been applied for orders over $150, and the refund would take the order total below this amount.
